• When you browse the site: standard technical information your browser sends, such as pages visited, so the site works properly.
• When you book a consultation: the details you enter in the booking calendar, such as your name, email address, phone number and any notes you add.

How we use it

We use your details to arrange and hold your consultation, to contact you about it, and to prepare your Will if you go ahead. We do not sell your information.

Booking through Calendly

Consultations are booked through Calendly, a third-party scheduling service. When you book, Calendly processes your details on our behalf and has its own privacy policy and cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how it is used. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
